Announcing Our 2026 Charity of the Year Partner: Include Me 2 Club
Scottish Property Centre is delighted to announce our Charity of the Year partner for 2026. We are incredibly proud to be supporting the vital work of Include Me 2 Club throughout the coming year.
Since our inception in 2004, our Directors have taken pride in engaging with our local communities in the Southside of Glasgow and across Argyll and Bute. To date, we have supported many organisations and each year we commit to supporting a local charity that makes a significant difference to the lives of people in our area.
In 2024 we partnered with The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice and last year the Doing It For Daniel Foundation. Two extraordinary charities that do so much for our local communities.
This year, we are thrilled to reveal our 2026 Charity of the Year partner : the wonderful Include Me 2 Club (IM2C).
Who Are IM2C?
IM2C is a charity that aims to create a community where people, no matter their age or abilities, are treated equally and fairly, and are supported to achieve their goals and ambitions - to work, live and take part in their communities as valued members.
They have a passion for engaging, inspiring, empowering and connecting people, place, assets and community to bring about change, opportunity and inclusion.
Their vision is to continue to focus their work on serving anyone with an additional support need, learning, physical disability, or mental health condition, suffering isolation or loneliness whatever their age.
Being a constant in their members lives is paramount, through key stages and transitions, providing a pathway for a sustained and built relationships.

Why We Chose IM2C
The decision to partner with IM2C was an easy one for us. Their dedication to fostering an inclusive environment and their unwavering commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities deeply resonated with our team. We were particularly impressed by the breadth of their programmes and the genuine joy and community spirit evident in everything they do.
Gregor Cope, one of our Co-Directors, commented: "As a local business, we always aim to get involved with a charity that has a personal connection with either the staff or Directors of Scottish Property Centre. We have first-hand experience of the excellent support that the IM2C provides and are delighted to be able to support them in a small way."
Looking Forward
We are incredibly excited to embark on this partnership with IM2C. We look forward to a year filled with meaningful collaboration, successful fundraising, and the opportunity to highlight the incredible impact they have on so many lives.
Our first event is our Annual Charity Night on the 27th of March at the Orchard Park Hotel in Giffnock. It's set to be a gathering of our team, professional contacts, clients, family and friends, with a raffle and other prizes to raise funds for the charity.
Once again, we had a successful Charity Golf Day in 2025, and we are delighted to announce that this event will remain on the calendar for 2026 and is already booked for 28 August to be held at Cowglen Golf Club. Again, all funds raised will be donated to this worthy cause.
