Exciting news as we launch 7days - a new factoring service for property owners in Scotland.


We are thrilled to announce the launch of 7days, a brand new property factoring service designed to meet the specific needs of property owners across Scotland. This natural complementary addition to our estate and lettings agency brings professional management and maintenance of communal spaces through a blend of digital-first solutions and in-person access.

The new service offers homeowners the flexibility to communicate via our dedicated online portal, over the phone, or in the Scottish Property Centre branches.

7days works closely with property owners to tailor services to meet specific requirements.

Additionally, 7days offers advice and services for retrofitting properties to improve energy efficiency and sustainability, addressing modern environmental standards. The service is further strengthened by collaboration with a team of seasoned professionals in property factoring, ensuring expert guidance and management for property owners.
