Golf Day and Zip Slide Across the Clyde raises funds for The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice

Charity Golf Day at Cowglen and Zip Slide event a huge success as we raise a further £3,541 for our charity of the year.

This year as part of our 20th anniversary celebrations we have partnered with The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice as our charity of the year.

We’ve been raising funds throughout the year and over the past month we held a Golf Day and participated in a Zip Slide Across the River Clyde. A huge thank you to everyone that helped us raise £3,541 over the two events.

Zip Slide Across the Clyde

We would like to thank our Directors and some of their children who took part in the Zip Slide Across the Clyde 2024 to raise funds for The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice.

Craig Smith, Gregor Cope, Paul Burns, Gerard Burns and Michael Burns all took part in the unique and thrilling way to see Glasgow's cityscape. The 100ft high and 1,245ft long adrenaline adventure launched off from a crane next to the stunning Glasgow Riverside Museum.

The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice is a registered Scottish charity that provides palliative care and support for people living in South Glasgow and East Renfrewshire. Our palliative and end-of-life care services for patients, their families and carers are free.
